Sensei Richie Todd teaches Karate classes that emphasize self control, discipline, and personal responsibility. Karate exercises the mind as well as the body, providing a focus for extra energy and helping build self-confidence. Students who participate in this program will learn the principles, techniques, and tactics of Karate as a system of self defense. In every Karate class, you can expect to work on basic movements, explore how to put those movements together into self-defense techniques, and practice those techniques by sparring with different partners.
