Please register to join us for six (6) 45-min sessions of an All Level Vinyasa Yoga class to be held at Peace through Yoga, 229 S. Main St., Franklin.
Do you ever feel like the last thing you do is take time for yourself? Most of us don't make time for ourselves, yet one of the best things we can do for our families, students, friends, and colleagues is take care of ourselves. As we have heard before, it is easier to share from a full cup.
Yoga is a great way to take time for yourself and rejuvenate. Ever wanted to try yoga? Avid yogi? Dabbled in yoga a few times?
We hope you will join us in this yoga class. FCS Health & Wellness is excited to continue our partnership with Peace through Yoga where you can gain the benefits of yoga conveniently and affordably.
Peace through Yoga will host a special class just for FCS Staff: Yoga Flow for All Levels on Wednesdays, 4:00-4:45pm for six weeks beginning April 3rd. In this class, you will be guided through a serene practice of mindful movement to help restore balance to body and mind. Yoga's unique combination of flowing poses, controlled breathing and focused awareness releases tension and builds strength. Don't be fooled by the comfortable environment and soothing music - you will stretch and tone muscles more than you might realize.
Advance registration is required. Mats are available at the studio for no additional charge.
